Kenya has no shortage of beautiful, talented young people. Walk into any estate in Nairobi, any town in the counties — and you will find young men and women carrying themselves with grace, intelligence, and unmistakable African pride.

But how many of them get a platform? How many get the chance to represent their community, build their confidence, and be seen by a national audience?

That gap — between the talent that exists and the platforms available — is exactly why Mr & Miss GenZ Kenya Models was born.

A Platform Built for Young Kenyans

Most pageants in Kenya focus on established models with agency backing and industry connections. Mr & Miss GenZ Kenya Models was intentionally designed to be different. It celebrates the university student from Machakos who has never walked a runway but carries herself like a queen. The young man from Kisumu who embodies African pride in everything he does. The contestant from Mombasa who wants to use the platform to inspire her community.

These are the people Mr & Miss GenZ Kenya Models was built for.

Why "GenZ Kenya Models"?

The name reflects who this pageant serves — Kenya's GenZ generation. Young, ambitious, digital-native, and deeply proud of their African roots. "Models" speaks not just to modelling, but to being role models — young people who model the values of heritage, pride, and diversity for their peers.

The Inaugural 2026 Edition

The 2026 edition is the very first Mr & Miss GenZ Kenya Models pageant. It launches with 20 contestants drawn from across the country and a public voting period (June 1–25) that gives fans a direct say in the results. The Grand Finale on June 27, 2026 at Kenya National Theatre will be a historic first — and the beginning of what the organising team intends to be an annual tradition.

What Comes Next?

The goal is simple: grow. More contestants, more counties represented, more partnerships, and bigger stages. The 2026 edition is the foundation. The 2027 edition will be bigger. And with the support of the Kenyan public — through votes, tickets, and word of mouth — Mr & Miss GenZ Kenya Models will become a landmark event in Kenya's pageant calendar.
